1. About Fluxora

Fluxora is a remote-first digital studio providing websites, web applications, UI/UX design, AI-powered solutions, and ongoing maintenance services to clients in India and globally.

All services are provided remotely. We do not operate from a physical office.

2. Services

Fluxora offers:

  • Website design & development
  • Web application development
  • UI/UX design
  • AI automations
  • Hosting & deployment support
  • Ongoing maintenance and subscription-based services

Service details, scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed via proposal or written agreement before work begins.

3. Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
  • Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as agreed in the proposal.
  • Payments may be made via approved payment methods shared during invoicing.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle once charged.

4. Refund Policy

  • Full refund is available if the project is canceled before work has started.
  • No refunds once work has begun or resources have been allocated.
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable for the active billing period.

5. Project Timelines & Revisions

  • Typical project delivery time is 2–3 weeks, depending on scope.
  • Each project includes a limited number of revisions, defined in the proposal.
  • Additional changes or requests may require extra time or cost.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered work.
  • Fluxora retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio only with client consent.
  • All third-party tools, licenses, or services remain subject to their respective terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide required content, feedback, and approvals on time
  • Respond within reasonable timelines to avoid project delays
  • Ensure legality of provided materials (text, images, data)

Delays caused by missing inputs may impact delivery timelines.

8. Confidentiality

Fluxora respects client confidentiality and will not share sensitive project information with third parties, except where required to deliver the service or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fluxora is not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Data loss due to third-party services
  • Downtime caused by hosting providers or external platforms

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
  • Payments made for completed or ongoing work are non-refundable once work has started.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion and good faith communication.

12. Updates to These Terms

Fluxora may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
